Allergy Warning!: I have a small dog and cat that often hang out in the same room that I am sewing in, occasionally a hair or two will float through the air, and land on whatever I am sewing. If pet hair coming into contact with your clothing will cause you to have an allergic reaction, please wash the garment before wearing, as some pet hair may have come into contact with your item.
Payment Options: PayPal or insured money orders only. I currently do not accept other payment methods as a protection to buyers.
*Orders paid by Money Order will be shipped after the payment arrives to me.*
Shipping & Production Time Estimates:
All items are handmade to order. Most items take 2 weeks to make (Unless otherwise stated on the listing page), and are shipped as soon as they are completed.
I ship 2 days a week (Monday & Friday), unless a rush shipping upgrade is purchased so, please keep this in mind when estimating your shipping time frame.
*If you need rushed shipping, please e-mail be before making your purchase, to be sure I can accommodate the rush.
I ship via USPS First Class, which usually takes 4-7 business days in transit however, sometimes during busy post weeks, it can take up to 10.
The above applies to orders within The USA only. For all international orders, your package must pass through customs. How quickly customs processes the package is something I have no control over, and therefore cannot guarantee an arrival time for any international packages. All international shipping time frames are estimates, due to the fact that they may be delayed passing through customs. I will not issue refunds or discounts on purchases that are delayed due to customs. Sorry for any inconvenience!
Returns & Exchanges:
*All items must be unaltered, undamaged, unwashed and unworn to return or exchange*
Exchanges: Welcome on standard stock sizes, if exchanged with in 60 days.
Returns: Will be accepted if sent back with in 60 days of receipt, valid on defective items only.
**Special note for light up bras, if the bra is damaged while un-boxing, wearing, improper storing, etc.., I cannot be responsible for paying to fix it unless, the damage happened in transit from me to you. However, I am always happy to fix any broken bra for the cost of repair supplies. Light up bras can be fragile and sensitive to water, and should be treated with extra care.**
NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON; items marked "final sale", custom orders, body jewelry, or intimate apparel (this includes pasties & panties), for hygienic reasons.
